Q: What if I need to return something?
A: We have a liberal return policy and allow 90 days for all returns with tag and receipt.  A credit note will be issued for returns without receipt.  No refunds/exchages after 90 days.  Keep your receipt and call the shop for information on return shipping. 
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Your order will be shipped via Purolator to the address requested. However, if no one is home to sign for your parcel, Purolator will make leave a delivery notice advising where the package will be held for pick up.  If you are in a secure location and it’s possible for Purolator to leave your package at the door, or in the mailbox, please tick the box that says “no signature required”.  In this case you will not have to worry about someone being home to sign for you parcel.
Q: Is my credit card information safe?
A: Your privacy and account security is of utmost importance to us. To ensure the security of your credit card information, the credit card entry and back-end pages on this website use 128-bit SSL encryption. Whenever you send your credit card information over the Internet using our website you can rest assured it will always be encrypted using updated technology. You can also rest assured we will never display your entire credit card number on our site nor are your card numbers saved.
Q:How long will it take to receive my order?
A: It usually takes 2-4 business days for in-stock merchandise.  Engraved plaques are approximately 10 business days.
Q: What if my order is not in stock?
A: If an item is out of stock, the shop will let you know. You will not be charged for an item that is on back order, or that is not delivered. Your card is charged separately, not automatically when the order is placed.
